Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Courage To Grow™ Coaching. To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please review the following policies. By booking any service or coaching plan, you agree to the terms below. • Rescheduling & Cancellations Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited. • No-Show Policy If you miss a scheduled session without notice, the session will be marked as used. • Refunds All coaching plans, courses, and digital products are non-refundable. This includes Lite, Standard, and Premium coaching packages. • Plan Duration & Sessions Each plan runs for the full duration selected at purchase. Unused sessions do not roll over, transfer, or extend the plan. • Communication Response Times Support, check-ins, and communication levels vary by plan. Messages will be responded to within 24 hours, Monday–Saturday. • Client Responsibility Clients are expected to follow the training programme, check-in schedule, and instructions safely. You confirm you are physically able to participate in exercise and take responsibility for informing the coach of any health concerns. • Coach Commitment Your coach will provide guidance, support, and accountability according to your chosen plan. Results depend on client consistency and effort. • Plan Differences Lite, Standard, and Premium plans include different levels of support, but all follow the same booking, cancellation, and refund policies.
