Welcome to Grow With Jay and the Courage To Grow™ Coaching Platform.

By accessing this website or purchasing any coaching service, program, membership or digital product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

These Terms apply to all customers, clients and visitors.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

 

 

 

2. Services Provided

 

 

Grow With Jay offers online fitness and mindset coaching services, including:

 

  • Lite Coaching Plan

  • Standard Coaching Plan

  • Premium Coaching Plan

  • Founders Plan (limited availability)

  • Custom workout plans

  • Accountability and messaging support

  • Digital content and resources

 

 

Service details vary per plan and are described on the relevant pages.

 

We may update, improve or adjust our services at any time to provide a better experience.

 

 

 

3. Eligibility

 

 

To use our services, you must:

 

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Be able to safely perform exercise

  • Not have been advised by a medical professional to avoid physical activity

  • Provide accurate personal information (goals, weight, height, injuries, etc.)

 

 

 

 

4. Client Responsibilities

 

 

By joining a coaching plan, you agree to:

 

  • Follow all training advice safely and responsibly

  • Train within your personal limits

  • Inform your coach of any injuries, medical conditions or changes to health

  • Complete check-ins honestly

  • Use correct form and technique

  • Seek medical approval if unsure whether an exercise program is appropriate

 

 

You are responsible for your own health and safety while training.

 

 

 

5. Payments & Billing

 

 

All payments are processed securely via Wix Payments or Stripe.

 

By purchasing a plan, you authorise recurring monthly payments (unless your plan states otherwise).

 

 

Plan fees are due upfront and must be paid before coaching begins.

 

 

If a payment fails, access to your coaching plan may be paused until payment is completed.

 

 

 

6. Refunds & Cancellations

 

 

Due to the nature of personalised coaching:

 

 

All sales are final. No refunds are offered on coaching plans.

 

 

This includes:

 

  • Missed check-ins

  • Not using the service

  • Deciding the program is no longer wanted

  • Change of circumstances

 

 

Coaching plans can be cancelled at any time, but you will still have access until the end of the paid billing cycle.

No partial refunds are offered.

 

 

 

7. Before & After Photos

 

 

For certain plans (e.g., Founders Plan), before-and-after photos are mandatory.

Photos are used for progress tracking only and will never be shared publicly without written permission.

 

 

 

8. Results Disclaimer

 

 

Every individual is different.

Your results depend on:

 

  • Your consistency

  • Your diet

  • Your training effort

  • Your lifestyle

 

 

 

We do not guarantee specific results, timelines, or transformations.

 

 

Coaching is intended for educational and guidance purposes only.

 

 

 

9. Medical Disclaimer

 

 

Grow With Jay does not provide medical advice.

Our coaches are not doctors, dietitians or physical therapists.

 

You should consult a GP before beginning any new fitness program, especially if you have existing injuries or health concerns.

 

 

 

10. Contact & Communication

 

 

Communication is provided through the methods specified in your plan (WhatsApp, email, or dashboard messaging).

 

Response times may vary but effort will be made to reply within reasonable working hours.

 

 

 

11. Intellectual Property

 

 

All content, workout plans, videos, text and branding under Courage To Grow™ are protected.

 

You may not:

 

  • Share

  • Repost

  • Resell

  • Redistribute

 

 

any coaching materials without permission.

 

 

 

12. Termination of Service

 

 

We reserve the right to terminate coaching if a client:

 

  • Behaves abusively

  • Violates these Terms & Conditions

  • Provides false information

  • Acts in a way that risks harm to themselves or others

 

 

No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.

 

 

 

13. Updates to These Terms

 

 

We may update these Terms occasionally.

The most recent version will always be available on this page.
